Question #3 - How does our evaluation work?

All you have to do is send us your analysis request. When we receive it:

• it will be reviewed by our staff
• it will be completed by a real estate expert in YOUR area
• once the research is completed, it will be sent to you

Keep in mind, the more detailed your request form is...the more accurate our final analysis will be! Please describe your property in as much detail as possible when filling out your analysis request.
