Be the 1st in line and you'll win most of the time!
Think about it! We’ve all lost listings and buyers before:
• either to other top producers in the area,
• or to agents offering lower fees or kickback schemes
• or because a seller wanted to work with the 90 year old lady with the green shoes
But if you think back & evaluate your closed sales, the times you were the FIRST agent to offer help, and you consistently followed up, you'll find that you had a much higher conversion rate.
